line hose, hoods, boots, and more. When it is
time to re-certify rubber goods, Hi-Line will
clean, inspect, and dielectrically test them in
compliance with ASTM standards and OSHA
regulations with an average 5- to 7-day
turnaround.
As the largest stocking distributor of
Salisbury Rubber Goods in the United States,
Hi-Line can eliminate long factory lead times
and support contractors’ immediate needs.
New rubber goods are tested and shipped
with an average 24-hour turnaround. Hi-Line
is available 24/7/365 for tool support before,
during, and after storms and other emergen-
cies.
Taking Rubber Goods testing to another
level, Hi-Line Rubber Goods Change Out
program insures that rubber products meet
or exceed ASTM standards and OSHA regula-
tions while maximizing product usage. Like
clockwork, rubber goods are cleaned, tested,
date-stamped, and on the customer’s dock
when needed (arriving before old goods
expire). Hi-Line has developed customized
rubber goods testing programs for clients
across the country, supporting as many as
4,000 linemen or a crew of three. Customized
change out and inventory programs allow
contractors to maximize usage of rubber
products while minimizing warehouse inven-
tory.
With over 10,000 products in stock, Hi-
Line Utility Supply has provided transmission
and distribution tools, rubber goods, and
safety equipment for contractors, utilities,
and linemen since 1960.
FS3
FS3 presents one of the most creative trailers
to come along in years. Powered by a Honda
engine, the self-contained hydraulics allow
one person to load the reels on the trailer
without the need to use a forklift, boom
truck, or other equipment. The weight ca-
pacity per reel is up to 5,000 pounds so you
can use this trailer for power cable, commu-
nication cable, and of course HDPE conduit.
Reel sizes can be as small as 48 inches and
all the way up to 120 inches for large duct
reels. The reel turrets are able to rotate up to
120 degrees to allow for product payout in a
crowded environment.
FS3 also offers rigid frame, self-loading
triple/double trailers as well as three types
of single trailers: manual hydraulic, electric
hydraulic, and engine powered hydraulics
with reel winding capabilities. These trail-
ers are packed full of features such as dual
acting hydraulic cylinders, lockable pump
enclosures, special spring pin mechanisms
that eliminate all those lost pins, exclusive
DOT rear lighting package, and much more.
If one of these trailers doesn’t fit your
needs, contact FS3 and they will create a
custom trailer just for you.

Blue Diamond Industries
Blue Diamond has developed a new “Bore-
able” HDPE continuous conduit with three
innerducts preinstalled inside. The 3N1 Bore-
able Conduit is patent pending.
Blue Diamond 3N1 saves time and money
by allowing contractors to bore a complete
package. The innerducts are installed at the
company’s manufacturing facility during the
extrusion process. Innerducts do not have to
be pulled through after the bore, allowing
crews to blow fiber or pull power lines as
soon as the bore is complete. With Blue
Diamond’s 3N1, there are no
issues with getting
