Preliminary Schedule

Monday, March 9

Annual Associates Exhibit & Breakfast

8:30 - 11:00 am

PCCA’s manufacturer and supplier members host the 15th

Annual Associates Exhibit & Breakfast. Contractor members

have been particularly pleased with our exhibit format, which

allows them to peruse the displays, meet with vendors, discuss

jobsite issues, and learn about the industry’s latest products

and services in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Exhibit Wrap-up & Associates Meeting

11:15 - 12:00 am

PCCA’s associate members hold a roundtable discussion on

topics that affect manufacturers and suppliers in our industry

and elect a new Associate Director to the PCCA Board. We will

also review the just-completed Associates Exhibit and other

convention activities and discuss ways they can be improved to

further benefit everyone involved.

Exhibit Teardown

11 am - 8 pm

12:30 - 5 pm

The PCCA crew will

for an afternoon

of tropical fun on

our own private

Caribbean island!

The island offers

something for

everyone, including

the Blue Parrot

Water Park, snorkeling in a coral

reef teeming with tropical fish,

limitless banana boat rides,

unlimited food and beverage

(featuring local and Caribbean

fare), open bar, use of beaches

and palapas, and activities such

as salsa classes, beach volleyball,

table tennis, or just simply

lounging on the white sandy

beaches and swimming in the

glistening turquoise waters.

$150 per person, includes transportation,

snorkeling equipment, instructions,

lounge chairs/cabanas, general facilities,

changing rooms, lockers, showers,

transportation, and gratuities.

Note:

Guests should wear a

swimsuit and bring towel, sun

protection, camera, and extra

money.

De Palm Island Optional Upgrades

The Sea Trek Underwater Helmet.

Wear a specially designed diving

helmet and tread the sea floor on

a custom 375-foot walkway 20-feet

below the surface. Even those who

don’t swim or snorkel can feed a

bevy of colorful tropical fish, view a

sunken Cessna 414 airplane, and pose

for a photograph while sitting at the underwater Sea Trek Cafe.

The Sea Trek takes approximately one hour. Children must be

eight years or older. All equipment and professional guide are

provided.

$53 per person

Note:

Sea Trek requires energetic participation, walking short/long distances over

uneven and steep terrain or on steps. Liability waiver must be filled out properly and

signed to participate. Must meet medical requirements.

SNUBA

. If you want to go beyond

snorkeling and experience Aruba’s

underwater beauty in the safest

and easiest way possible, try

SNUBA. You can breathe easily

underwater without wearing

heavy, restrictive dive gear. It

is safe, fun, and easy to learn. No prior diving or snorkeling

experience is required, and your professionally trained SNUBA

guide will personally take you on an underwater tour of

the beautiful marine environment. The duration of Snuba

is approximately one hour, including briefing, set up, and

underwater tour. All equipment is provided.

$45 per person
