The digital readout allows the operator to
view pulling forces, distance pulled, tension
limiter, and hydraulic pressure readings.
Pulling operations can be recorded and
downloaded through a convenient USB
port. With other standard features includ-
ing antitwist rope, rotating pulling arm, and
wired remote control, the APS75 is one of
the most advanced pulling
systems available. The APS75

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc.
J. J. Keller & Associates have been helping
utility companies manage DOT compliance
using varied services for nearly 60 years.
Contractors can free up employees for more
productive projects by letting J. J. Keller
handle the regulatory tasks that are labor-in-
tensive and costly to perform in-house. With
55+ years of experience and compliance
expertise, the company’s experienced and
knowledgeable staff, systems, and programs
can help minimize in-house administration
burden while reducing exposure to risk and
liability.
With DQ Platinum, J. J. Keller will manage
complex DOT driver qualification require-
ments and help avoid federal audits as a
result of the new Compliance, Safety & Ac-
countability (CSA) initiative from the Federal
Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
The DQ Platinum Service uses the daily
monitoring of a company’s drivers’ DOT road-
side inspections, along with the manage-
ment of driver qualification documentation,
to identify and correct driver compliance de-
ficiencies before they become liabilities. It’s a
comprehensive service, helping proactively
reduce audit risk and improve CSA scores.
The service provides access to CSA data
by locations so companies can focus safety
improvement initiatives on areas that need it
the most. It also consolidates CSA informa-
tion for carriers with multiple DOT numbers,
alleviating a time-consuming administrative
process.
The service identifies critical compli-
ance gaps that can easily get overlooked
and would otherwise be unknown, such as
flagging unidentified drivers and improperly
qualified drivers. It also creates a structured
process for addressing inappropriate driver
behavior immediately following a poor
inspection and demonstrates a carrier’s com-
