TT Technologies
T
T Technologies, Aurora, Ill., has introduced a
3-ton winch to its line of Grundowinch hydrostat-
ic winches. Ideal for pulling CIPP liners, fold and
form liners, conventional and specialty sliplining,
CCTV, and cable through innerduct, the new Grundowinch is
a unique winch for the trenchless contractor.
The Grundowinch can pull up to 3,280 feet of 3/8-inch ca-
ble at pulling speeds of up to 160 feet per minute. In addition
to a 3-ton pulling capacity, the winch offers infinite speed
control throughout the pulling range. The new 3-ton winch
is compact and highly portable for pulling in easements and
backyards. The durable Grundowinch also features a level
winding mechanism and a twin capstan cable management
system.
In addition, TT Technologies offers a full line of constant-
tension winches ranging in pulling capacity from 5 to 20
tons. The variable speed Grundowinch makes adjustments
for conditions that affect line speed during operation, provid-
ing true constant and consistent pulling force, not simulated.
Twin capstans with twin motors and gearboxes protect the
cable and cable drum from extreme stress levels.
