Title: Final Tips & Strategies

Hey there!

Over the last few days we've talked about the
different ways you can incorporate juicing into
your diet.

Today, I'll leave you with a couple of tips to
getting the most out of your juicing.

Juicing Tip #1: Line your Refuse Bin
If you're looking to make clean-up a breeze, consider
lining your refuse bin (or whatever catches the fibrous
bits in your juicer) so that you are able to quickly
toss it out without a lot of effort.

Juicing Tip #2: Not a fan of dark leafy greens?
While greens like kale and chard are some of the
healthiest vegetables around, not everyone enjoys
their flavor. A simple way around this is to mask
their flavor by adding in 1-2 red or green apples!

Juicing Tip #3: Prep. Rather than spend time
making juice every day, you can easily store juice
in your fridge for 1-2 days without losing its
freshness. Just make sure that you use an air-tight
container or a mason jar.

Juicing Tip #4: Keep it Simple! Instead of experimenting
with too many juicing recipes, stick to the basics,
especially when just starting out.

That way you don't get overwhelmed and you can easily
start (and stick to!) a routine that includes juicing
as part of your daily diet.

Also keep in mind that your body may not be used to
an abundance of nutrients, especially if you've never
juiced before, so consider adding a bit of ginger to
your blend. It'll help fight off any nausea you may
feel as your body is getting used to your routine.

Juicing Tip #5: Buy Organic! The point of juicing is
to introduce your system to a wide variety of nutrients
so the last thing you want to do is counteract that by
ingesting pesticides.

By buying organic you're able to eliminate this risk.

And finally,

Juicing Tip #6: Clean Your Juicer! This means every
single day. As soon as you've finished blending,
wash it out. You want to make sure you keep it clean
and free of any remnants.

I hope this email series has helped you in some way
and I wish you the very best with your journey into
juicing!

All my best,
