Years ago, there were several books released titles
"Book of Home Remedies".

Did you ever read any of these?

They were a series that discussed the various home-based
remedies that people could turn to when they needed
help with things like sore gums, lack of energy and
even lower back pain.

Well, when it comes to juicing, they bring their own
version of home-based remedies because by combining
specific fruits and vegetables together, you're able
to create various concoctions geared towards helping
you overcome many of the most common health issues.

Things like:

* Lack of concentration
* Memory Loss
* Extreme Fatigue
* Migraines

Because of their detoxifying power, juicing has become
one of the most common methods of overcoming many common
health issues.  Juicing boosts your immune system as
well which will help you fight off flus and colds.

They're also great for helping us shed those extra
pounds!

Here are 2 recipes to try:

Orange Sunrise
If you're looking to fight off a cold, you need to
fuel your body with vitamin C and this recipe will
do the trick!

Ingredients:
    2 navel oranges
    1/2 grapefruit
    3 clementine oranges
    1/2 lemon

You'll want to peel the oranges and grapefruit first
while leaving the lemon with its skin on.  Cut everything
into large chunks and blend together.

Next up, 

Tomato Bliss
Tomatoes are heart-healthy vegetables so you always
want to look for ways to incorporate more of them into
your diet.

They're also packed with antioxidants and nutrients,
including potassium, folate, iron, vitamin C and vitamin A,
which will help you fight off infections.

RECIPE:

6 medium to large tomatoes
2 celery stalks
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
3 Drops of tabasco sauce

Chop the tomatoes into medium size chunks as well as the
celery stalks. Place the tomatoes into the shoot of
your juicer one at a time as well as the celery stalks.

When blended, stir in 3 drops of tabasco sauce and 1/2
teaspoon of black pepper. Chill in the refrigerator for
1-2 hours, then enjoy!
