Title: How to Improve Your Physical Health

Hi again!

Combining physical activity with eating nutritious
foods in the right amounts can help keep you healthy
while increasing longevity.

In addition, many illnesses, such as heart disease,
obesity, type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure
can often be prevented or controlled with simple
dietary changes and regular exercise.

In fact, if you’re 60 years of age or older, the
Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends
getting at least 150-minutes of moderate exercise
every week!

Here are a few tips to help you improve the quality
of your life with regular exercise:

* 20 Minutes a Day:
All it takes it 20 minutes a day of light exercise
in order to improve flexibility, strength, balance
and overall heart health. Consider taking a brisk
walk or spend some gardening!

* Start Slowly:
If you haven’t been physically active for a while,
start slowly. Gradually build your endurance, strength,
balance, speed and flexibility.

* Always talk to your doctor before beginning a new
exercise or workout routine. They can help you create
a workout plan that suits your personal needs and goals.

* Even small changes to your overall muscle density
and core strength can have a huge impact on your wellness.

It doesn’t take much to boost energy levels.

* Some of the best physical activities for older adults
include low-impact exercises, such as walking, swimming,
and water-based aerobics.

You could also download a fitness app to keep track of
your progress. Here are a few resources to help you get
