CHS Capital Completes
Acquisition of
Dura-Line Holdings
C
hicago-based CHS Capital has completed the
acquisition of Dura-Line Holdings
(fka A-D
Technologies),
an international manufacturer
and distributor of communication and energy
infrastructure products and systems. Funds
for CHS Capital’s investment in Dura-Line come from CHS
Private Equity V LP, a $1.3 billion investment fund. The
investment represents a partnership among CHS Capital,
GSO Capital Partners
LP, and Dura-Line’s
senior management
team.
Headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn., Dura-Line is a global
leader of high-density polyethylene-based conduit, duct, and
pressure pipe solutions for telecom, energy, and infrastruc-
ture related markets. Dura-Line serves customers in 50 coun-
tries and is an exclusive provider for many of the world’s
leading telecom companies.
